60 minutes of light relaxing massage includes aromatherapy and hot steamed towels. This massage will improve sleep, increase circulation, relax the nervous system and release feel good endorphins. Not recommended in the first trimester or for high risk pregnancies. Deep tissue is also not recommended during pregnancy.

90 minutes of focused deep tissue massage and assisted stretching geared specifically to your sport or activity. This massage will increase your range of motion, decrease your muscle stiffness and reduce your recovery time after injury.

This 90 minute massage session provides a unique therapeutic experience. The himalayan hot stones contain more than 80 trace minerals that are absorbed by your body during the massage. The extensive benefits of this massage don't stop there and include; the ability to promote deep relaxation, help balance the positive ions with negative ions which can help reduce inflammation, and help to realign energy pathways to restore balance to the central nervous system.

Reiki therapy is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to help facilitate the recipient's own self-healing abilities. This session begins with sage and ancient Tibetan sound bells followed by a guided breathing exercise, then into the Reiki session finished with a guided negative energy release/ visualization of desired outcome and closed out with the Tibetan bells. Would you rather stay in and have your therapist come to you? Then this is the  massage for you! You may choose between; Swedish Relaxation, Deep  Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Reiki. Please call for rates, as they are based on travel distance, whether its inside or outside of business hours, type of modality and length of massage. Hot stones, mud wraps, and salt scrubs are not mobile.
