Policies and Procedures
● New clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out paperwork
● Each aloted session time includes a few minutes in the beginning and a few minutes at the end for client consultation and time to undress and dress.
● It is the clients responsibility to inform the therapist of any injuries or illnesses.
● Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time may incur a fee of 50% of session cost. No shows will be subject to payment in full for scheduled service.
